Online Booking
We have tried to make reserving bikes as simple as possible. Here we have included some extra information to help you through this process. If we haven’t explained anything here, or you you need a more tailored booking, please contact our team who will be happy to help you further.
Choose your bike.
The first step in the process is choosing your bike. You can pick as many bikes and types of bike as you want for each booking- but remember each bike is best suited to a different style of riding.
Size guides are available under the “info” tab for each bike.
Create your account.
The system will ask you to create an account with some of your details. This information will be stored until your booking is complete.
Some information is essential, just in case we need to get in touch with you.
Payment.
Payment in full is needed to complete each booking. Due to the high demand for bikes, this payment is non-refundable when the reservation is secured.
We are happy to transfer bookings, if availability allows.
Collect your bike(s).
Your bikes will be available to collect from our store in Keswick. Let our Team know the name of your reservation, and they will get you kitted up and ready to go!
Don’t forget, we require photo ID matching the name of the booking. No ID, no ride!
We are happy to provide extra tailoring to suit your group’s needs. For anything extra-ordinary, please give our helpful team a call.
